Everything you could possibly need was available in the home. It was a nice spot to hangout and entertain for a few days. Highly recommend!

Chateau Meichtry Family Vineyard and Winery
We love the wine here. Chateau Meichtry feels like a classic old-school winery. While we like everything we’ve tried here, the standouts are the Lineage Red Blend (70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, and 10% Zinfandel, aged in French oak for 19 months) and the dry Riesling.
Gahuti Trail
This is the longest of our recommended hikes. It’s a lengthy day hike and a challenge, but a spectacular hike. The hike is in the Fort Mountain State Park ($5 entrance fee). Welcome to our cozy cabin in Blue Ridge, Georgia! As a couple, we’re passionate about exploring the world around us, and we’re excited to bring that spirit of adventure to our cabin for you to experience.
We both work remotely. Chris runs a marketing firm and is a luthier on the side, and Jessica is an executive director of a construction association and loves a good project. We’re proud parents to three adventurous boys. We truly believe the mountains offer a special kind of magic and hope our cabin provides you with the perfect setting to relax, explore, and make memories.
