The cottage is located on a quiet residential street in Lincolnville with easy access and off-street parking available on site.

Other Things to Note

We provide towels, linens, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, two dishwasher pods, two laundry detergent pods, trash can liners, and a coffee starter kit. Think of these as a starter kit — we recommend bringing additional supplies as appropriate for the duration of your stay.

All TVs have streaming capabilities. BYOP (bring your own passwords)! We do not have cable TV.

In an effort to maintain secure premises, the cottage is equipped with a doorbell camera at the front entrance. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.

The property is on city water and sewer.

Our home isn’t just another rental — it’s a place we’ve put real care into, and we hope you feel that when you arrive. We ask that you treat it with the same respect you’d give your own.

Guests & Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Please do not host additional visitors without prior approval.

Pets
No pets allowed. Please make arrangements for your furry friends before arrival.

Smoking
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property.

Noise & Neighbors
Quiet hours are 10:00pm–8:00am. We’re in a residential neighborhood and ask that you be considerate of those around you.

Parties & Events
No parties or events permitted. We want to be good neighbors and ask that you do the same.

Children & Infants
Children and infants of all ages are welcome.

General Care
Please leave the property as you found it. If anything is damaged or needs attention, let us know — we appreciate honesty and will always handle things fairly.
