HR Guide – Lighting The Upstairs Pilot Light
Here is a video demonstrating how to light the upstairs fireplace pilot light.
The logs should never be moved - if they were moved, it's very important they are arraigned properly before lighting the fireplace.
The Correct Fireplace Setup
Once lit, please ensure none of the flames touch the logs. It is very dangerous if that is the case. Fire burning the fake logs could cause carbon monoxide poisoning and severely damage the fireplace.
